This visual schedule provides structure for the nail trimming routine. It can be used to trim all 10 nails, or even just one. The user just has to fold open as many fingers as needed. One finger gets folded up each time a nail is trimmed to indicate that it is “done”. The visual schedule shows how many nails are left to be trimmed before they are finished. This gives the user a visual of what will occur, a “job” of keeping track of what is completed, and a feeling of accomplishment when they have completed the entire chart!
